There are three kinds of people and therefore three responses to this thought:

Some couldn’t care less. There will be no response from these. Let we who know the Lord pray for those we know who do not care. Pray that the Lord will graciously change their hearts.

Others agree whole heartedly! These are those whose hearts resonate with David’s. They love to be in the presence of the Lord and especially to behold His glory. These seek every opportunity, not merely to go to church, but to be in the presence of the Lord and to behold His glory when in church.

And there are those who profess to know the Lord, but whose desires for lesser things keep them from being in worship with God’s people. If that is you, ask the Lord to change your heart as well!
